• Job description development :
• Create and update job descriptions and specifications based on job and task analysis.
• Talent sourcing :
• Find and attract candidates through job boards, social media (like LinkedIn), databases, and professional networks. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Candidate screening and evaluation :
• Review applications, conduct phone or video screenings to assess technical and soft skills, and validate resumes against job requirements.
• Interview coordination :
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers or technical panels.
• Offer and onboarding :
• Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for new hires
