Overview of the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PR Executive to manage the PR mandate for a leading bathroom brand in close coordination with Crescent Group leadership and the PR Agency Partner. The role focuses on execution, quality control, and coordination to ensure the mandate is delivered smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities :
Act as the day-to-day liaison between Crescent Group, the leading bathroom brand, and the PR Agency Partner for all PR-related mattersReview PR documents (press releases, pitch notes, briefing documents, media opportunities, and campaign materials) before client submissionProvide edits, feedback, and quality checks to ensure alignment with the brand’s guidelines and communication toneCondense and streamline briefs for efficient execution by the PR Agency Partner.Oversee timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns stay on track with agreed KPIsMonitor campaign quality and share relevant market insights to strengthen messagingPrepare for reviews, reports, and weekly / monthly meetings, ensuring leadership’s time is optimally utilizedMaintain organized documentation of PR activities and media coverageWhat You Need to Qualify for This Role
6 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media coordinationAt least 2 years’ experience working at a PR agency (preferably a mix of agency and brand)Strong communication skills (spoken and written)Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detailStrong media relationships with Corporate, Business, Lifestyle mediaAbility to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneouslyExperience in reviewing and refining PR / communication materialsExcellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across internal teams, clients, and agenciesKnowledge of media and PR reporting tools is an advantageA proactive, resourceful, and structured approach to work
