We are seeking a skilled Weblogic Admin to join our team in India for a contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing WebLogic Server environments and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain WebLogic Server environments.

Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues within WebLogic applications.

Install, configure, and upgrade WebLogic Server and related components.

Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with best practices.

Develop and maintain documentation related to WebLogic configurations and procedures.

Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployments on WebLogic.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in WebLogic Administration.

Strong understanding of application server architecture and deployment processes.

Proficiency in configuring and managing WebLogic Server.

Experience with clustering and load balancing in WebLogic environments.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Perl for automation tasks.

Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and SQL.

Experience with monitoring and performance tuning tools for WebLogic.
