Program Associate

We’re looking for a sharp generalist who can lead across operations, product, growth, and execution. You’ll own critical projects end-to-end, turn ideas into outcomes, and build systems that keep things running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, makes decisions quickly, and isn’t afraid to jump into anything that moves the business forward.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Own big pieces of the company—operations, strategy, product, growth, whatever needs doing.
• Take vague ideas and turn them into shipped features, launched campaigns, or solved problems.
• Create order from chaos—build systems, processes, and priorities where there were none.
• Spot what’s broken (or missing), fix it, then automate it.
• Keep everyone aligned—whether that’s running standups, writing docs, or just making sure the team’s rowing in the same direction.
• Roll up your sleeves and do the work—no task is too small, no project too big.
