Job Title :   AI Engineer - Agentic Solutions

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and solutions that enhance business processes and solve complex problems. In this role, you will build intelligent systems capable of learning, adapting, and optimizing over time. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI agents that deliver tangible business value while staying at the forefront of AI technology advancements.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop AI-powered agents for applications such as virtual assistants, customer service bots, and task automation systems using LLMs and other AI models

Build and train machine learning models utilizing tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks

Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance system understanding and responsiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives

Optimize AI systems for scalability, performance, and real-time applications

Develop and maintain AI pipelines for deploying models into production environments

Utilize cloud platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock for end-to-end model development and deployment

Establish processes for real-time model monitoring, including tracking performance and accuracy of models in production

Troubleshoot and improve AI applications for better performance and user experience

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and implement innovative solutions

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

3-5 years of experience in AI / ML development with focus on building practical AI applications

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques

Proficiency in Python programming and AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques

Knowledge of vector databases for semantic retrieval of relevant context

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with AI orchestration tools like LangChain, Flowise, or similar agent SDKs

Experience with agent architecture optimization techniques

Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications

Experience developing and deploying AI-powered APIs

Familiarity with AI-driven process optimization for business workflows

Experience with model retraining and optimization pipelines
