About the Role We are looking for a D2C Manager to grow sales on the JUSTDOGS website and app . You will be responsible for getting more pet parents to our platforms, improving conversions, and increasing repeat orders.
Key Responsibilities Own online sales on JUSTDOGS website and app.
Track and improve key numbers : visits, orders, conversion rate, AOV, repeat customers .
Run paid campaigns on Meta / Google (and others) to bring quality traffic.
Work with design / marketing to create banners, landing pages and campaigns .
Improve the website / app experience – navigation, product display, offers, checkout.
Plan and run Email / SMS / WhatsApp / Push campaigns for new and existing customers.
Work with Category and Inventory teams to push the right products and clear slow movers.
Make simple weekly and monthly reports on what worked and what needs to change.
Requirements 3–6 years of experience in D2C / e-commerce / performance marketing .
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and basic analytics (GA, Excel / Sheets) .
Comfortable working with data and taking decisions based on numbers.
Basic understanding of online user journeys : visit → add to cart → purchase → repeat .
Good coordination skills to work with marketing, design, tech, and retail teams.
Interest in pets / pet care is a strong plus.

Better conversion rates and repeat purchase rates .
More efficient ad spend (better ROAS, lower CAC).
