Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Admissions Officer at VIEC South Delhi located in New Delhi. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing the admissions process, assisting prospective students with their applications and inquiries, conducting interviews, and providing guidance on required documentation and procedures. They will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of admissions processes and regulations
Proficient in computer applications and systems
Experience in customer service or student support roles is a plus
