Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Testing Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in testing and quality assurance.

Roles and Responsibility :

Conduct thorough testing of banking applications and systems to ensure they meet required standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to cover all aspects of banking products and services.
Analyze test results and report defects to the development team for resolution.
Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to improving overall testing efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes

Job Requirements :

Strong understanding of banking operations and regulations.

Proficient in testing tools such as JIRA and SQL.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.

Experience working in an agile environment with continuous integration and delivery.
