Job Overview :
The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for Ratings Off-roll business. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding while maintaining recruitment SLAs and high-quality hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proven experience in managing end to end mass and bulk hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and pre-joining engagement.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, agencies, etc.) to attract suitable talent.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports on a weekly basis.
- Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT
- Partner with internal HR and business teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates’ fitment as per role requirements.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process
- Experience in driving bulk recruitment initiatives through close coordination with business
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Graduate / PG in HR or relevant field.2–5 years of recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).Strong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in using job portalsAbility to manage volume hiring and work under tight deadlines.Basic Excel and MIS reporting knowledge.
