🔹 Job Title : Functional QA – Capital Market Domain

Location : Gurugram / Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days office per week)

Experience : 3+ years

Notice Period : Immediate to 2 weeks only

💼 Job Description

We are looking for a Functional QA professional with hands-on experience in manual testing and strong exposure to the Capital Market domain . The ideal candidate will have direct client-handling experience , excellent communication skills, and a structured approach to ensuring product quality across business-critical applications.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and functional requirements, design comprehensive test cases, and execute manual testing.
  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for capital market products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
  • Handle client interactions independently , providing updates, clarifications, and UAT support.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.

🎯 Must Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Manual / Functional QA.
  • Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Asset Management .
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC , and defect life cycle.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and handling testing deliverables independently.
