Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Tour Counsellor - FIT & Group Departures located in Pune. The Travel Tour Counsellor will be responsible for crafting personalized travel experiences for clients, managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting, and ensuring seamless reservations. They will handle customer inquiries with professionalism and guarantee customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions for both individual and group travel needs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client concerns and create positive travel experiences
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for managing both individual and group departures
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality are a plus
• Knowledge of adventure, wildlife, and offbeat tourism is advantageous
