Key Deliverables :
- Drive DTH sales by expanding and managing the distribution network and ensuring adequate recharge availability.
- Manage service teams to ensure installations and escalated service requests are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Execute merchandising and visibility plans in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and improve partner performance, control attrition, and ensure ROI.
- Generate market intelligence reports and provide feedback on customer trends and competitor actions.
Role Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a field team responsible for DTH installation, service, and repair.Conduct regular field visits to handle escalations, meet customers, and gather market insights.Ensure inventory availability of installation equipment and maintain installation quality standards.Upsell service packs and manage retailer and FSE training programs.Maintain compliance across installation processes, partner operations, and brand standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and improve customer experience.Skills Required
