Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Tendering Specialist will manage and oversee the end-to-end tendering process, develop competitive proposals, and ensure timely submission of procurement documents. Responsibilities also include analyzing tender documents, liaising with stakeholders to gather required information, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. Collaboration with teams to develop comprehensive strategies and addressing client queries related to proposals are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate tender requirements and market conditions
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and clients
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,or a related field (preferred)
• Previous relevant experience in tendering
• Basic knowladge of IT Computer hardware
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
