Job Description
As a Channel Sales Manager you will be responsible to :
Driving sales through Dealers and Retailers Community across the City
Building & nurturing relationships across top Dealers and Retailers to create accounts that generate repeat enquiries & business
Conduct promotional activities from time to time to develop market adoption of Casantro products
Keep the Dealers and Partners engaged with buzz on new product launches, portfolio extensions
Overachieve sales revenue targets by ensuring high levels of trade engagement and product awareness
Collaborate with category and cross functional teams to help in gathering market feedback
This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to rapidly scale and grow for exceptional performers
This role involves extensive markets visits and involves significant amount of in-city travel
Skills and Experience
Graduate with min 5 years experience or Post Graduate with min 2 years experience in handling channel partners & dealers
Extensive network in the Building Material Dealers
Insatiable hunger for success and sales excellence
Past experience of working with Channel Partners & the AID community from building material industry for brands like Jaguar, Grohe, Hansgrohe, Kohler, Fenesta, Saint-Gobain - (My Homes), Toto, Duravait, Villeroy & Boch, Aquant, Vitra, Simpolo, Nexus, Tostem.
