$55 – $65 per hour + penalties

CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Commercial Refurb & Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established Malaga-based business delivering large commercial refurb and maintenance projects across Perth.

This is not constant short-term jobbing. Most projects run three or more days at a time, focusing on larger maintenance and refurbishment works.

You will commence casually at $55–$65 + penalties (depending on experience) and transition to permanent fulltime employment on the same rate — no pay reduction. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided once permanent.

What you will be doing:

• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
• Refurbishment and upgrade projects
• •Fault finding, diagnosis and repairs
• Drainage, sanitary and stacks, water services and fit-off
• TMVs, valves, pumps and hot and cold water systems
• Completing reports and liaising with clients

What we are looking for:

• Trade Qualified Plumber (ideally 5+ years post trade)
• Current WA Plumbing Licence
• Commercial maintenance or construction experience
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• White Card and WA Driver’s Licence

Highly regarded: Backflow certification, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces and National Police Clearance.
