Mentor junior designers in interaction and usability principles. Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are embedded into design solutions. 5–7 years of product design experience with a strong interaction design focus. Proven ability to create intuitive, user-centered experiences. Strong skills in prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle, or Framer. Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments. Portfolio showcasing refined flows, prototypes, and interaction design craft.
