What You’ll Do

As a Category Management Intern , you’ll work closely with business and category leaders to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will :

Manage and track P&L at the category level, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth

Drive process improvements and implement sales funnel strategies to maximize conversions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance, supply chain) to support day-to-day execution

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for regular business reviews and leadership updates

Take full ownership of assigned projects and deliver with speed and accuracy

Identify gaps in operations and propose data-driven, scalable solutions

Support strategic planning, pricing, assortment, and decision-making with leadership

What We’re Looking For

Category Management, Business Operations, Consulting, or related roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools

Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a go-getter mindset

Solid understanding of sales funnels, category dynamics, and business process frameworks

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Experience in handling multiple projects and priorities independently
