Advocate – Criminal Litigation | Delhi High Court | Full-Time (Sector 94, Noida)

We are hiring an Experienced Criminal Law Advocate Practicing in the High Court

True Legal Assist, a specialized legal firm dealing primarily in Bank Freeze, Financial Crime & Litigation Support, is seeking a skilled and experienced Advocate to join our team. The selected candidate will work from our office in Sector 94, Noida, and represent matters as required.

Position: Advocate – Criminal Litigation (High Court)Office Location: Sector 94, NoidaWork Mode: Work From Office + Court Visits / Field Assignments as neededExperience Required: Minimum 5 years of practice (counted from Bar Enrollment Date)Mandatory Requirement:

• Must be actively practicing in the Delhi High Court
• Must have a Criminal Law background

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)Key Responsibilities:

• Appear & argue matters before the Delhi High Court
• Attend court hearings, police stations & related legal authorities as assigned
• Draft petitions, bail applications, criminal writs, appeals, responses & complaints
• Provide expert legal opinions & strategies for criminal and financial dispute matters
• Maintain professional client communication and representation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of active practice post-enrollment
• Strong command over Criminal Law & High Court procedures
• Excellent drafting, research & argumentation skills
• Ability to handle cases independently and responsibly
• Confident communication & coordination skills
