Key Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry
At least 3 years of experience in the Agency Channel
Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills
Proven ability to drive sales and manage agency recruitment & development

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the Thrissur branch operations

Drive business growth through effective agency recruitment and activation

Achieve sales targets through the Agency Channel

Monitor performance and implement strategies for branch success
