Executive / Sr. Executive - Admissions & Outreach

Location : Mumbai and Delhi

Work Experience : 2-5 years in admission marketing / service industry

Core Responsibility : Achieve student admission targets regularly and ensure 100% revenue realisation.

Compensation : Annual Fixed Salary : ₹ up to 6.00 lakhs + Performance Incentive : ₹ up to 3.00 lakhs

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve student admission targets regularly and ensure 100% revenue realisation.
  • Conduct regular outreach activities in schools, colleges, coaching centres, career counsellors, retailers, manufacturers, as well as education fairs, exhibitions, and open-house events.
  • Generate and manage qualified leads through field visits, referrals, social media, and campaign activities.
  • Conduct student counselling sessions (in-person, phone, or online) and maintain a high conversion rate from enquiry to admission.
  • Represent IIGJ at industry and education events to enhance visibility & strengthen brand presence.
  • Coordinate closely with the Head Office team to drive leads from campaigns and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Submit weekly performance reports to the campus management.

  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital outreach platforms
  • Self-motivated, professional, and willing to travel for outreach activities
  • Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or any other specialisation.
  • 2–5 years of experience in student admissions, counselling, or education sales (preferred in higher education or training institutes).
