We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant to lead the configuration, integration, and optimization of our field service management solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in OFSC (version 24C or later), strong technical and functional skills, and the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities :
- Configure and implement Oracle Field Service Cloud (version 24C or later), including :
- Message scenarios
- Routing rules
- Filters and Plugins
- Analyze and optimize field service processes and translate them into OFSC-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including integration-related incidents.
- Support and maintain OFSC applications, ensuring minimal downtime and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Drive integration efforts between OFSC and other systems such as IBM Maximo.
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical documentation and user training as needed.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and leadership.
- Implement change management strategies during system upgrades, feature rollouts, and process changes.
- Maintain strong alignment with enterprise architecture and IT governance standards.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations and support.In-depth knowledge of OFSC features and capabilities, especially in version 24C or later.Strong understanding of field service business processes and operational best practices.Experience in OFSC configuration, including message scenarios, routing, filters, and plugins.Proven ability to troubleshoot OFSC issues and manage incident resolution across interfacing systems.Hands-on experience integrating OFSC with IBM Maximo is highly desirable.Exposure to other field service technologies like Oracle EBS Field Service or Siebel Field Service is a plus.Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Oracle Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud is preferred.Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.Please connect with Grace at grace.beulah@purviewservices.com to discuss about the opportunity
