Specialist - Product Expert

o Broad expertise and hands-on experience in Proration, offer, order and operations disciplines either within an airline or within a Passenger solutions provider.

o Expert abilities in functional documentation and in working with UX teams for product design.

o Some understanding of IT technology concepts and software architectures.

o Hands-on experience as product expert or product owner or business analyst in IT solution provider organization.

o Prior hands-on experience of at least 10 to 12 years in Passenger Solutions

o Bachelor’s degree in aviation or IT or relevant disciplines.

o Experience working in a SAFe agile environment
