What Will You Be Responsible For :
- Lead and manage observability platforms (Elastic, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), ensuring reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement AI-driven observability solutions (anomaly detection, predictive alerts, forecasting).
- Identify and proactively resolve system anomalies, data-quality issues, and alert noise.
- Act as a mentor, offering advanced troubleshooting and operational guidance to engineering teams.

Professional & Technical Skills :
Core Platform Management :
Extensive hands-on experience managing the reliability, performance, and scaling of Elastic, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry platforms.Strong knowledge of operating observability solutions within Kubernetes and Azure environments.AI / ML & Anomaly Detection (optional, nice to have) :
Proven ability to implement AI-driven monitoring solutions, including anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and forecasting.Hands-on experience with tools like Elastic ML, or Azure ML.Advanced skills in time-series analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, using languages and platforms like Python, Azure ML, or Databricks.Troubleshooting & Analysis :
