We are seeking an experienced and innovative SOC / NOC Manager to lead our MSSP practice forward. This strategic leadership role requires a hands-on professional who thrives in both execution and communication.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting U.S. time zones (EST / PST) and be eager to leverage AI tools for process automation and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact
- Lead 24x7 SOC operations with India-based Tier 2 analysts
- Ensure clear and timely communication with internal teams and client stakeholders
In this role, you will be responsible for :
Designing and maintaining alert triage workflows and escalation protocolsTuning detection and response across leading SIEM and EDR platformsVulnerability management lifecycle and remediation trackingThreat intelligence integration and RCA coordinationOwning and reporting on SLAs, KPIs, and monthly service metricsYou will have the opportunity to shape the foundation of our fast-growing MSSP practice, work directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, and enjoy a flexible remote work culture and flat reporting structure.
