We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition with 3-7 years of experience in the job market context of India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy, building relationships with hiring managers, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Role Description

  • Responsible for creating recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions as per business requirements
  • Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Recruitment Manager
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment efforts with recruitment vendors, and negotiate contracts and fee arrangements
  • Interact effectively with all levels of employees, management, as well as with other Talent Acquisition team members
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, other recruiters, college and university officials, alumni groups, as well as business and trade associations to foster an ongoing pipeline of highly qualified candidates

Desirable Attributes

  • Must Possess 3-7 years of experience in similar role
  • Must have significant recruiter experience, in multiple recruiting environments with a wide variety of job disciplines
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Should have a strong target orientation coupled with high integrity
