Job descriptionPlay a pivotal role in taking Sadhguru's offerings to a global audience. Collaborate with the paid marketing team to understand campaign objectives and assist in developing and executing strategies across platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Contribute to the development of an overarching paid campaign strategy. Coordinate with team members to define creative requirements, including ad copies for different platforms. Oversee daily campaign activities, including planning, implementation, optimisation, budget management, and reporting. Analyse the performance of online campaigns, conduct reviews with stakeholders, and continuously optimise campaigns to meet and exceed targets. Is inspired by Sadhguru and passionate about sharing his offerings worldwide. Has a deep interest in marketing and learning new skills. Aspires to be at Isha Yoga Centre Coimbatore and is committed to establishing their spiritual practice (sadhana). Thrives in a supportive and spiritually oriented team environment, where professional growth and spiritual practice go hand in hand.
Performance Marketing Specialist (Senior Paid Media Manager).
Location : Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore.
Experience Required : Minimum 3 years (3-5 years preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in leading Advertising platforms Google & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proven experience managing paid ads end-to-end : planning, setup, optimisation, reporting and delivery.
- Familiarity with landing page design and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices.
- Ability to craft compelling and persuasive ad copies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics.
- Bonus : Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, prompting techniques) to generate ad copies, creatives, and content efficiently.
- Bonus : Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Singular, Tableau, or Mixpanel is a plus.
- Bonus : Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other platforms is an added advantage (not mandatory).
