Head - Python Fintech Products

Position Overview :

The Head Python Fintech Product will lead the strategy, design, development, and execution of cutting-edge fintech products.

This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic product thinking, and strong business acumen.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, oversee product lifecycle management, analyze market demands, and ensure high-quality and timely product delivery.

You will be responsible for driving Fintech innovations including payment solutions, digital banking modules, risk management tools, API integrations, financial analytics platforms, and automation frameworks while ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy & Vision Define, refine, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the companys business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and create product differentiation strategies for Python-based fintech solutions.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and validation to development, go-live, and continuous improvement.
• Product Planning & Execution Lead detailed product planning including feature prioritization, sprint management, release planning, and backlog grooming.
• Translate high-level ideas into clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical specifications.
• Ensure product design adheres to best practices around security, scalability, performance, and compliance.
• Technical Oversight Provide technical leadership and direction across teams working with Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, and related fintech frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to determine architecture, workflows, API design, and integration approaches.
• Ensure that the technical stack supports product scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
