What you will be doing?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a marketing team across demand generation, content, product marketing, and events.
  • Own marketing OKRs and budget to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to create compelling product narratives, launches, and case studies.
  • Drive customer advocacy and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Desired Profile :

  • 10 to 13 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, Tech, or Product-based companies.
  • Bachelor's in engineering or a related technical field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building and leading marketing teams in scaled startups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, content strategy, ABM, product marketing, and brand building.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach with a strong grasp of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
