Job Description : SCM - Order Fulfillment
Summary :
This Role is for Supply Chain Management, where we are looking for candidates with experience in Logistics / Warehousing / Order Management
Responsibilities :
- Process and manage customer orders (B2B, B2C)
- Inward management and PO Creation management
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking communications
- Experience in WMS / OMS / TMS systems
- Liaise with logistics providers for inwards and outwards from warehouse
- Handling Case escalation for orders
- Manage transportation operations, freight rate negotiations for spot hire
- Manage returns / Forward movement for marketplaces
- Channel wise SOP for fulfillment process
- Adhoc activities of procurement for P.M
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
