Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack web applications using C# / .NET for the backend and Angular for the frontend. As a senior member, you will mentor junior developers, drive architectural decisions, and champion best practices within our Agile SCRUM framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development : Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both server-side and client-side components.
• Architectural Leadership : Play a pivotal role in architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Agile Participation : Actively participate in all SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to deliver high-quality software iteratively.
• Code Quality & Best Practices : Uphold high standards for code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices. Champion and implement patterns like SOLID principles and dependency injection.
• Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
• Database Management : Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures, primarily using SQL Server.
• CI / CD : Collaborate with DevOps to maintain and improve our continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
