Job descriptionResearch and propose solutions for AWS data transformation, data connections, operational frameworks, and application integration Work closely with lead architects and engineers to create and maintain architectural templates and build / operational documents Work with DevOps and engineering teams to develop service catalogs Collaboration and Communication : Accommodate early AM (7AM) EST time zone to maintain close ties with other engineering teams, DevOps and our customers to End-to-End Ownership : Take comprehensive responsibility for developing architectural proposals that fit within the pre-existing architecture of our partners. Security, and Compliance : Ensure that our installations adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance. Leadership is focused on the technical aspects of the job, rather than the people management aspects. Experience : University Degree with at least 5+ years in AWS cloud architecting roles with a solid background in leadership. Proven track record of meeting tight schedules. Technical Proficiency : Demonstrated understanding of Java Spring Boot, Python etc. Knowledge to design relational database systems with a proven ability to diagnose and evaluate system failures and determine effectiveness of database systems Expertise in architecting and implementing AWS Service Offerings Prior experience to guide DevOps activities by setting up CI / CD pipeline integrating various tools with Jenkins to build and run Terraform jobs to create infrastructure Independence and Proactiveness : Demonstrated experience to operate autonomously, prioritize projects, and provide proactive insights and tasks. Collaborative Spirit : Effective communication skills with a focus on teamwork. Eagerness to liaise with team members and the broader organization for seamless Best Practices : Understanding of security, compliance, and best practices in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge and practical experience with AWS Strong programming skills with experience in Webhook and API development using Node.js, Ruby, Python, Shell, and PowerShell Experience in modern cloud application architecture Exposure to cloud managed services and microservices like Function as a Service, Containers, and managed databases Thorough understanding of ML, data analysis, data visualization, and event-driven architecture Familiarity working with large systems Experience with setting up load balancers, cloud networks, and virtual servers Opportunity to work on technical challenges with global impact. Roles and Responsibilities
- Flexible Role Adaptation : Ability to step into various roles as required, providing insights, analysis, and tasks proactively.
- Enhance our cloud capability by creating and implementing cloud application patterns
- Develop and implement ways to move apps and workloads to the cloud
- Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns
- Write and develop cloud automation playbooks for managing and scaling containers, hosts, cloud services, and applications
- Monitor compliance of cloud resources to see if they fit industry guardrails and best practices
- Help other development and engineering teams resolve application to platform integration issues for Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service
