Work Arrangement : Work from Office

Office Location : Nava India, Coimbatore

Responsibilities :

  • Identify potential B2B prospects through LinkedIn, business directories, industry databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct outreach via emails, phone calls, and social networking to introduce the Kodo Program's AI / ML career offerings to corporate clients.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and demos for interested corporate clients.
  • Support the sales team in preparing customized proposals and solutions tailored to corporate client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all B2B leads, communications, and meetings in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up of corporate customers.

Requirements

  • Experience with top CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in sales or business development is a plus.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace.
