Pulp Strategy is a full-stack digital agency and innovation powerhouse, building strategic Digital, MarTech and AI-powered solutions for enterprise and mid-market brands. Our proprietary platforms, including Channel Command™ , NeuroRank™ , Yukti AI , and Jaldi Engage™ , are transforming channel ecosystems, driving LLM SEO dominance, and automating demo-led conversions for B2B clients globally.

Role Overview

This is not a tele-calling or cold-calling role.

You will manage qualified inbound leads , run strategic discovery coordination, and ensure seamless proposal handovers by working closely with the Strategy team . The leads are pre-qualified through companies' campaigns, AI tools, demo workflows, and thought leadership efforts.

The goal : ensure funnel velocity , timely proposal coordination, and support high-value closures.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Review and qualify inbound leads from marketing, website demos, LLM SEO flows, or founder networks
  • Score and prioritize leads using firmographics, urgency, and solution fit
  • Maintain hygiene in CRM (e.g., Zoho) with updated lead stages and notes

Discovery, Coordination & Proposal Handoff

  • Schedule and confirm discovery meetings with Strategy, Product, or Founder
  • Prepare internal briefs on each lead, industry, persona, past interactions, urgency
  • Coordinate with the Strategy team to prepare and dispatch tailored proposals, pitch decks, or demos. Or prepare commercial proposals
  • Track proposal follow-ups, next-step commitments, and secure feedback from clients
  • Lead Engagement & Communication

  • Maintain structured, professional communication with prospects via email, , and WhatsApp
  • Respond to queries with speed and clarity
  • Ensure all client-facing touchpoints are logged in CRM with accuracy
  • Funnel Reporting & Insights

  • Share weekly updates on :
  • o   MQL to SQL conversion

    o   Proposal tracking

    o   Meeting-to-deal velocity

  • Flag delays, drop-offs, or red signals proactively to Business Head
  • Platform Familiarity (Training Provided)

  • Learn and be able to explain value of :
  • o    NeuroRank™ (LLM SEO engine)

    o    Channel Command™ (partner ecosystem automation)

    o    Yukti AI (autonomous demo agent)

    o    Jaldi Engage™ (AI-integrated WhatsApp CRM)

    o    Digital and GTM Strategy

    Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or pre-sales in a B2B, MarTech, SaaS, or digital agency environment
  • Excellent communication, fluent in email, , and professional verbal interactions
  • Quick learner, eager to work on AI-led solutions and IP-based selling
  • High attention to detail, task tracking, and ownership of outcomes
  • Confident working with CXOs, marketing heads, and enterprise personas
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and funnel dashboards
  • What This Role Does Not Involve

  • ❌ No cold calling
  • ❌ No mass email campaigns
  • ❌ No aggressive tele-sales scripting
  • Compensation & Growth
