Regional Legal Manager-Litigation

Job description

Handle end-to-end litigation cases including recovery suits, SARFAESI, DRT, and arbitration

Coordinate with external law firms and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

Review legal notices, case status, and MIS for active litigation matters

Support business teams with legal opinions, risk mitigation, and documentation

Represent the organization in courts / tribunals as required

Preferred candidate profile

Experience : 5-10 years in handling litigation, arbitration, and legal recovery in the BFSI / NBFC sector
Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, and recovery laws relevant to lending business
Experience working in NBFC / BFSI legal teams with exposure to large volumes of litigation Excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills
