JOB DESCRIPTIONEmployment Type : Full-time, on-site with a 2-month probation periodJob SummaryA Data Analyst to support the R&D and quality assurance of medical devices. The role involves creating datasets from production, testing, and image-based quality systems to derive actionable insights that improve product consistency and process control. This position requires strong analytical thinking, proficiency with data tools, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, engineers, QA / QC crew, designers, and many others). • Basic understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Proactive and self-motivated learner
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesPreferred Skills
• Experience with Python programming language
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Familiarity with quality and process control data
• Understanding of healthcare or medical device industry standards
• Above average sense of humourEducation and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields
