C) Role Description
- Manage and process orders across all e-commerce platforms
- Handle customer queries, emails, and communication professionally
- Update order details, inventory records, and daily / weekly reports
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatches
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Track, follow up, and resolve order-related issues
- Support order management activities, including Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
