What You’ll Do

Lead the Pack : Manage and mentor a dynamic team of social media creatives, ensuring content is fresh, on-brand, and engaging.

Strategize & Execute : Own Foxtale’s social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond—driving awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Create Conversations : Conceptualize trend-led, thumb-stopping content that connects with Gen Z & millennial audiences.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with brand, influencer, and performance marketing teams to bring campaigns and new launches to life.

Analyze & Evolve : Track performance metrics, derive insights, and continually refine content strategy for impact and ROI.

Who You Are

4+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, skincare, or FMCG.

Experienced in team management—you know how to inspire, guide, and bring creative ideas to life.

A strong grasp of visual storytelling, pop culture, and digital trends.

Data-savvy, creative-minded, and fluent in the language of social.

A believer in authenticity and community-driven branding.
