Financial Reporting and Compliance Executive

Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Financial Operations Executive to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and compliance.The Finance Executive will work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records, support forecasting and analysis, and contribute to efficient financial processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial discipline, supporting business decisions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform account reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in accordance with company policies.
• Support financial audits and ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.
• Assist in managing cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Candidate Requirements

MBA preferred but not mandatory. (CFA / CFA aspirant preferred)
