Were looking for a Full Stack Development Lead who is passionate about building modern, cloud-native applications using .NET, React, and Azure.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on coding and team leadership someone who can collaborate with global teams, guide best practices, and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions end to end.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure web applications.
• Work across the stack using .NET 6+ / 8, ReactJS, and Azure.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery.
• Integrate front-end and back-end systems through REST APIs and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting best engineering practices.
• Engage directly with U.S. and India-based stakeholders for delivery alignment.
