Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate financial information and insights.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial record keeping, financial statements preparation, and audit processes

Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax preparation

Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus

Familiarity with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
