ABOUT THE ROLE :
Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an enthusiastic Area Manager with management and operation knowledge for existing and upcoming restaurants.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Area Manager is responsible for the overall Business operations of the allocated restaurants according to California Burrito operational standards and run profitable business. A majority of time is spent leading / guiding and coaching the team to meet customer expectations, achieving both bottom and topline objectives by the guiding ambition of our organization.
Mandatory Requirements :
- QSR Experience is mandatory
- Minimum 6years of work experience
- Dedicated and focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Experience :
Role models expected behavior and coaches’ team on hospitality standardsEnsures all the restaurant meets safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards as per expectationsSets the standards to ensure team handles all Guest concerns in a timely and sustainable mannerEmpowers the team to satisfy customer needs and resolve concernsRemoves barriers to delivering Hospitality behaviors during shift2.Builds Team Talent :
Treats all team members fairly and with respectSupports the training of new team membersRecognizes team members for team contributionsHolds team members accountable for their behavior and performanceProvides coaching to team members to improve performanceProvides communication to team about goals and performance3.Drives Sales Growth :

Have a complete eye on each cost line and monitor each line restaurant wise to maintain the annual business plan linesConstant monitoring and reviewing the same with all direct reports and prepare the GAP analysis and guide them to maintain the linesEnsure that all allocated restaurants maintain these lines and facilitate them to earn bottom line incentiveSALARY
Will depend on experience. Upto 10LPA
