Roles & Responsibilities :

Drive digital transformation initiatives by introducing new technologies, tools, and processes.
Build and implement automation solutions for Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Strategy teams.
Strengthen and optimize CRM and SAP systems for improved efficiency, reporting, and integration.
Develop robust web and app-based programs to enhance customer and partner engagement.
Create strong communication and collaboration platforms across teams.
Drive Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights.
Oversee content creation and reporting automation to streamline business processes.
Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and ensure seamless implementation.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI, BI, and Process Automation to bring innovative solutions to the organization.

Candidate Profile :

10 to 12 years of experience in IT, Consulting, Telecom, Banking, or related industries.

Strong expertise in Business Intelligence, Digitization, AI, and Process Automation.

Proven track record of implementing automation and technology-driven solutions at scale.

Hands-on experience with CRM, SAP, and other enterprise tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
