Job description
  • Drive sales process to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
  • Conduct sales negotiations with technical users and procurement departments.
  • Establish and maintain Strategic Key Account relationships to ensure growth.
  • Develop new target accounts across the territory and execute a territory management plan.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reporting, revenue forecasting and collection of Account receivables.
  • Scientific engagement and market development through engagement plans with key stake holders.
  • Maintaining good rapport with the buying organization, influencing value proposition of Miltenyi solutions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Tech Support and Field Application team and Field Service Team to develop new
  • customers and ensure deeper penetration in existing customer accounts with wider applications.
  • Build internal capabilities for CGT process, undergo specialized trainings for Clinical & Research Portfolio
  • Manage and drive distributors for business delivery and business compliance, ensure collaborative work and proper
  • compliance with Miltenyi guidelines to enhance business productivity and greater customer satisfaction.
  • Must adhere to strict compliance guideline as per company guidelines.
  • Show Learn-some / Win-some attitude and be flexible to accommodate in dynamic business environment.
  • Success of the role will be measured basis productive coverage and growth in key accounts and other accounts
  • Qualifications :

    • A minimum of a graduation / post-graduation in Biotechnology / Life Science / Pharmaceuticals / Biomedical
    • Engineering / Medical discipline or equivalent – having Management qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • 10-12 years of proven sales experience in the Biotech / life science / Clinical Diagnostics industry with working knowledge and relationship in Key Clinical and Research Accounts of the region
    • Strong advocacy network with Key Opinion Leaders in the region
    • Knowledge of CART process and Graft engineering is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • Proven successful sales track record and key account management experience.
    • Experience of collaborative work in cross functional domain i.e. Marketing, Application, Service and Application team
    • Proven ability to build mutually beneficial, personable, trusting relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
    • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
    • Willing to travel extensively throughout the territory – area coverage Delhi NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab,
    • Himachal Pradesh, J&K (may have little change as per final territory distribution planning)
    • Flexible to relocate in future (if needed) as per company requirement.
