Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hamirpur for a Chemistry Faculty for NEET & IIT-JEE at IITians CLASSES. The Chemistry Faculty will be responsible for teaching Chemistry , developing curricula, conducting research, organizing and conducting practice sessions, and assessing students' performance periodically. Additional responsibilities include preparing study materials and examination papers, providing academic support, and participating in faculty meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and expertise in Chemistry and Physical Chemistry

Experience in Curriculum Development and Research in the educational domain

Excellent teaching and communication skills

Ability to motivate and inspire students

Experience in teaching Physics can be an added advantage

Master's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field

Experience with NEET and IIT-JEE syllabi and exam patterns is beneficial
