Role Overview :
Lead product marketing to drive user activation, engagement, and retention through data-driven hyper micro-segmentation and personalized recommendation strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy and Execution of Hyper Micro-Segmentation : Develop and implement precise user segments for personalized activation and engagement campaigns.
- Data-Driven Personalization and Recommendation Systems : Build and optimize recommendation engines to boost user activation and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Product, Data Science, and Analytics to convert user insights into activation strategies.
- Targeted Messaging and In-App Optimization : Strategize, Create, and refine timely, personalized messaging and experiences to engage users effectively.
- Comprehensive Campaign Management : Oversee engagement campaigns emphasizing activation, retention, and user value.
- Continuous Performance Analysis : Monitor and improve segmentation models and campaign outcomes using data insights.
- Content Engagement Insights : Apply content consumption data to enhance activation and deepen user engagement.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship : Guide a team focused on engagement marketing and personalized user journeys.
- Achieving and Maintaining KPIs : User engagement metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, session duration, campaign interaction rates), User retention metrics (churn rate, renewal rate, repeat purchase)
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles with specialization in user activation and engagement.Proven expertise in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Clevertap, Moengage) to design and optimize user journeys.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with content-driven platforms or digital media is a strong plus.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong ownership mindset.
