Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Specialist , you’ll drive user growth, activation, and retention across digital channels. You’ll own paid media strategy and execution - from Meta and Google Ads to influencer collaborations - ensuring every rupee spent converts to measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a core role in ensuring RXpress dark stores never run out of what customers need - from prescription medicines to wellness SKUs. This isn’t just about purchasing; it’s about building India’s smartest pharmacy supply chain from the ground up.

Own Procurement Across Dark Stores

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and replenishment for Rx, OTC, and wellness categories across RXpress’s hyperlocal dark stores.
• Develop and refine reorder triggers based on real-time sales velocity, expiry tracking, and store-level consumption patterns.
• Maintain a live inventory availability of >
