Medical Scribe Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting patient records accurately and efficiently, adhering to established protocols, managing workload effectively, and prioritizing quality.

  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role and possess excellent English writing skills, advanced proficiency in grammar and spelling.
  • They should also be familiar with medical terminology and summarization, as well as able to work independently in a secure location with reliable internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and assemble medical record documentation / charts for physicians.
  • Scribe medical record documentation using electronic medical record applications.
  • Ensure medical record compliance through self-documentation attestation.
  • Update patient history, physical exam, and health information in prescribed formats.
  • Send documentation to physicians for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures.
  • Comply with hospital and medical facility policies, including HIPAA regulations.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar domain.
  • Experience with US-based clinics / hospitals is required.
  • Ability to participate in live audio / video chats and screen-sharing sessions.
  • Logistical Requirements :

  • Quiet work environment with adequate lighting.
  • Laptop with minimum 8GB RAM, I5 8th gen processor.
  • 720P Webcam and Headset.
  • Reliable ISP with minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
  • Smartphone.
