The role of an Assistant Program Manager will cover the following key areas -
1. Support the delivery services by setting up and monitoring SOPs, managing client communication, leading the discussions in the weekly review meetings, creating dashboards etc.
2. Coordinate the daily delivery of services by LINC Fellows (LINC's academic professionals)
3. Track the progress of daily, weekly and term-related objectives
4. Work with LINC's account managers to ensure completion of client deliverables
5. Develop strategies for service improvement and university query resolution
6. Manage final delivery output for the University
7. Constantly work on streamlining operations via the use of technology and analytics and actively contribute towards overall product and service development.
