Implement and maintain CMDB , Discovery , Service Mapping , and Event Management . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with best practices. ✅ Required Skills & Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development . Strong expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management). Proven experience with ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Proficiency in Java Script, REST / SOAP APIs, and Service Now scripting.
Experience with MID Server and third-party integrations. Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory; ITSM / ITOM certifications are a plus.
