Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Consultant with hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will also have experience in client communication, organic social media strategy, and managing cross-channel campaigns. Experience in platforms like Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other emerging ad platforms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad platforms.
- Develop and manage organic and paid social media strategies and content calendars for different clients.
- Manage organic social media posting, community engagement, and brand voice consistency across platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication - from campaign briefing to reporting.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to meet ROI and performance targets.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and new advertising features.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest digital strategy improvements.
Must-Have Skills :
3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns for multiple clients.Strong understanding of organic and paid social media platforms, audience engagement, and content strategies.Experience in client servicing and stakeholder communication.Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.Good to Have :
Experience in Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Twitter / X Ads.Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer.Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaboration Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Marketing are a plus.(ref : iimjobs.com)
